This vehicle auction is conducted IAW Federal Law 10 USC 2575 and applicable DoD and DA regulations concerning disposition of abandoned personal property.

All vehicle sales are AS IS. (List of vehicles for auction)

DFMWR will not warrant either physical condition of the vehicle nor the purchaser’s ability to obtain state title and/or registration.

Vehicles can be viewed at the lot on the corner of Third St. E. and Lewis Ave. on South Post from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on auction days.

Place your bid using the bid form at the vehicle lot from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on auction days. Forms will be available at the lot.

Minimum bid on any vehicle is $500. If multiple bids are made, only the highest bid will be accepted.

All bids will be read and winners will start receiving notifications on May 24, 2021. Payments will start on May 24, ,2021. Tied bids will be determined by first received. Vehicle offers must be accepted or declined on first offer (no second looks). If we are unable to contact the winning bidder and a message is left, you will have 24 hours to respond. No response implies FMWR will move on to the contact the next highest bidder. Winning bids must be paid for within 24 hours and all vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of notification.

Bids will vary. Cash or credit card payments will be accepted. Vehicles are sold AS IS.

Tow services are available for a fee after the purchase of a vehicle. Contact the Automotive Skills Center to schedule this service at 315-772-7902. Car hauler trailers are available to rent from Outdoor Recreation. Contact 315.772.8222 to reserve yours!

VEHICLES SOLD AT AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIENS which may be reflected on state title records.  DFMWR will disclose whether it is aware that a vehicle is subject to a lien, but DFMWR MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY VEHICLES SOLD OR WHETHER STATE TITLE RECORDS MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIENS.  BUYERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING STATE TITLE TO VEHICLES PURCHASED AT AUCTION.

Registration Information

Non-DoD ID card holders may attend the auction. They must be vetted at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located just outside of the LTG Paul Cerjan main gate off of Interstate-781. A valid license, registration, and proof of insurance must be provided in order to be vetted. Maps will be available at the VCC that will provide directions to the auction site and directional yard signs will be at the intersections to guide you to the event.
