Any child wishing to participate in Sports & Fitness programs must be registered with Child and Youth Services.
Once registered with CYS, enrollment for individual sports programs may be done at Parent Central Services, 2nd Floor Clark Hall or via WEBTRAC.
- Sports Physicals

A sports-specific physical must be completed annually, prior to the start of the sports season. The form must be completed with a doctor’s signature and stamp and submitted to Parent Central Services during registration.
Note: The best time to get your child’s physical, if possible, is in July so your child’s physical will be valid for all sports for one full year. - All Play Rule

The Youth Sports Program’s “All Play” Rule ensures that every player in good standing will play a certain amount of time in every game.

We offer summer camps that include Archery Camp, Golf Camp, Adventure Camp (outdoor weekly activities) and a Recreational Camp.
- Volunteer Coaches

Interested in becoming a Volunteer or Coach?
We are always looking for adult volunteer coaches.Coaching Requirements:
- Background checks will be conducted on ALL coaches prior to coaching
- NAYS, Concussion, Child Abuse and other trainings must be complete to be a certified Youth Sports Coach

The Fort Drum Child and Youth Services Sports & Fitness Program emphasizes safety, participation, fun and good sportsmanship. All registered participants are evaluated, assigned to a team, issued a basic uniform and guaranteed a specific amount of playing time.
The program is designed to provide all youth the opportunity to participate, develop fundamental skills and grow in an atmosphere of sportsmanship, citizenship and teamwork.
