Atkins Functional Fitness Facility

This state-of-the-art cross training facility focuses on training Soldiers for combat and features:

24/7 Card Access

Purchase an Atkins Access Card for a one-time fee of $7. Cards can be purchased at Atkins during staffed hours or at Monti during normal hours of operation. Cards are valid for use for one individual.

Strength Training

The Strength Training Room offers half racks with weights and bars, 5–125 lb. dumbbells, kettle bells, weight benches, slammer balls, core balls, ab machines, glute/ham machines, climbing ropes and pegboards.

Indoor Turf

Astroturf area with six 25-meter sprint lanes, pull and push sleds for strength and speed, cardio machines including Woodway Force treadmills, Jacob's ladders, concept rowers, ski machines, and endless rope machines.

Facility Rules:

  • Dress Code

  • 100% ID Check is mandatory to enter the facility.
  • The facility is available to service members ages 17 and older or DoD ID card holders 18 and older.
