2018 Summer Reading Program Kickoff

Join us at the library for fun, games, and prizes as we mark the beginning of the 2018 Summer Reading Program! The Summer Reading Program is open to all kids, from babies to age 18. Kids can earn T-shirts and other incentives for reading whatever kind of books they enjoy between June 23 and August 18. This is a self-paced program that revolves around work schedules and family vacations — kids won't have at be at the library on any particular day or time.

This year, registration and book logs will all be maintained online. The new registration process will be explained at the kickoff and computers will be available for you to sign up on the spot.*

*You do not need to be present at the kickoff celebration to participate in the program. Simply stop by the library or visit https://fortdrumlibrary.beanstack.org/reader365. Please note you will not be able to log any books until after the official start date of June 23, 2018.
