Register Now!Mindfulness is an effective means to create calm in a busy world. It is especially helpful to those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, distracted, or fatigued. Army Community Service and Fort Drum Army Wellness Center invite all Soldiers, Family members, retirees, and civilians to Creating Calm, a weekly mindfulness training session facilitated by Fort Drum Military Family Life Counselors (MFLCs). Gather the tools you need to effectively handle stress at all times. Learn to focus during distractions, and discover how to calm mind and body in the midst of every day busy lives.
Attendance qualifies participants for Army Wellness Individual Stress Management Training.
Sessions will be held every Tuesday.
