Quest for Treasure

Quest For Treasure 2 is here and we are inviting you to explore with us!

This is a 5-day, self-paced, photo scavenger hunt to find the six hidden pictures. This quest is open to Soldiers and DoD ID Card holders of all ages.

Grab your checklist, which can be found below, and head out to find the hidden pictures! Once you have found the hidden picture, snap a selfie with it, mark it off your checklist and post it under the dedicated post on the Facebook event page.

Once you have found all the hidden pictures, you will be entered in the random drawing to win a $400 Gift Certificate to Fort Drum Recreation !

Quest For Treasure Rules:

1. Observe social distancing guidelines at all times while out exploring. Please be mindful of fellow explorers.

2. If exploring with more than one person, please abide by social distancing guidelines.

3. ALL PICTURES MUST STAY IN THE LOCATION THEY ARE FOUND. Please DO NOT MOVE them or attempt to move them.

4. As a safety and health precaution, please DO NOT TOUCH the picture while taking a photo with it.

5. Please DO NOT MOVE or attempt to move any of the pictures from their locations.

6. Your photo must include yourself and the hidden picture, (i.e. you smiling next to the picture, you standing next to the picture, etc.)

8. If you reach the hidden picture and other explorers are there, please be sure to observe social distancing and wait until they have taken their photo and left the area where the picture is located before taking your own photo with the hidden picture.

9. When crossing a street or any area of traffic, always look both ways to ensure you can cross safely.

10. This is a family friendly event, no inappropriate photography or language will be accepted.

11. This is a self-paced event. Deadline to complete the quest and post all your photos with the hidden pictures will be on Sunday, August 9. 

12. Be respectful to other explorers.

13. If you have already completed the quest and located all hidden pictures, please do not give out any hints. Allow fellow explorers the opportunity to discover them at their pace.

14. Once you have submitted in all six selfies with the hidden pictures, under the corresponding posts, you will be entered for a chance to win the grand prize.
