This vehicle auction is conducted IAW Federal Law 10 USC 2575 and applicable DoD and DA regulations concerning disposition of abandoned personal property.

All vehicle sales are AS IS.

DFMWR will not warrant either physical condition of the vehicle nor the purchaser’s ability to obtain state title and/or registration.

Vehicles can be viewed at the lot on the corner of Third St. E. and Lewis Ave. on South Post from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on auction days.

Place your bid using the bid form at the vehicle lot from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on auction days. Forms will be available at the lot.

Minimum bid on any vehicle is $500. If multiple bids are made, only the highest bid will be accepted.

All bids will be read and winners will start receiving notifications on September 30. Payments will start on October 1. Tied bids will be determined by first received. Vehicle offers must be accepted or declined on first offer (no second looks). If we are unable to contact the winning bidder and a message is left, you will have 24 hours to respond. No response implies FMWR will move on to the contact the next highest bidder. Winning bids must be paid for within 24 hours and all vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of notification.

Bids will vary. Cash or credit card payments will be accepted. Vehicles are sold AS IS.

VEHICLES SOLD AT AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIENS. DFMWR MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY VEHICLES SOLD OR WHETHER STATE TITLE RECORDS MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIENS. BUYERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING STATE TITLE TO VEHICLES PURCHASED AT AUCTION.
