Come show us what you got. BOSS Invades Atkins is a functional fitness challenge open to all Soldiers, Family members, and DoD ID card holders ages 18 and up. The competition kicks off at 10 am. Get through our course with the fastest time and you win. There will be male and female categories.
For those who have competed in the past, the courses are altered every time for a new challenge with each competition.
