Mindfulness is an effective means to create calm in a busy world. It is especially helpful to those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, distracted, or fatigued. Army Community Service and Fort Drum Army Wellness Center invite all Soldiers, Family members, retirees, and civilians to Creating Calm, a monthly mindfulness training session.

Attendance qualifies participants for Army Wellness Individual Stress Management Training.

Sessions will be held the first Tuesday of the month for kids and adults.
Sessions for adults only will be held the third Tuesday of the month.
