Celebrate the spirit of our nation with a physical tribute to history! The foundation of this challenge is both simple and deeply symbolic: 10 foundational exercises at 25 reps each equals 250 total repetitions—one for every single year of American independence, strength, and resilience.
This isn't just a workout; it's a physical act of remembrance and celebration. Every repetition honors the years of struggle, innovation, and perseverance that have shaped the United States. Complete 25 reps of each exercise to hit the historic 250-rep milestone.
1. Jumping Jacks (25 Reps):Full Body.
2. Squats (25 Reps):Lower Body.
3. Push-Ups (25 Reps):Upper Body.
4. Lunges (25 Reps Per Leg):Lower Body & Core.
5. Burpees (25 Reps):Full Body Explosion.
6.Mountain Climbers (25 Reps Per Leg):Core & Cardio.
7. Plank (25 Seconds):Core Static Hold.
8. Glute Bridges (25 Reps):Posterior Chain.
9. High Knees (25 Reps Per Leg):Cardio Burn.
10. Calf Raises (25 Reps):Lower Leg Finish.
