Oates Overview Lodge is a beautifully crafted lodge that overlooks Remington Pond, has a separate kitchen space and holds a high capacity of people! (130 standing, 80-100 seated). Next to the property is an outdoor gazebo and playground.
The lodge is newly renovated and boasts a refinished outdoor deck and interior sliding glass doors.
Whether you're hosting a birthday party, org day or holiday gathering - this space is perfect for any event!
Reservation Rates:
4 Hours or less $100 Full Day $175 Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) $200 Please note that there is a cleaning deposit of $225 for all reservations.

Scenically located on Fort Drum overlooking beautiful Remington Pond, Oates Overview Lodge and Lloyd's Landing Lodge are available for your next event!
Each lodge offers its own unique entertainment experience. Lloyd’s Landing Lodge is on the beach side, and Oates Overview Lodge is located on the right as you enter the park at Remington Pond.
These large casual facilities are great for unit functions, anniversary parties, wedding receptions or social gatherings. The large decks are the perfect place to enjoy a North Country sunset, and the lodge interiors are tastefully decorated in the Adirondack style. Your guests will feel right at home.
Whatever your needs may be, the Lodges at Remington Park offer the perfect location for any special event!
