The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) is a year-round program dedicated to improving the quality of life for all members of the Army community. It is a grassroots process that identifies issues of concern for Army Families, and provides you a voice to let leadership know what works, what doesn't, and what can be improved.

An issue is anything that affects the well-being of a Soldier, Family member, retiree, or civilian. If it's a program or service, an AFAP issue can improve it. If it's a policy or regulation, an AFAP issue can change it. If it's a law, an AFAP issue can amend it.

Once your issue is received, it is reviewed locally and sent to the appropriate directorate for resolution. If it cannot be handled locally, the issue is sent forward to the General Officer Steering Committee (GSOC) via IMCOM.

Have an issue? Submit it below! Or fill out the Fort Drum AFAP Issue Submission Card and drop it off at the ACS Bldg on Restore Hope Avenue or email it to usarmy.drum.imcom-fmwrc.list.mwr-aftb@mail.mil.
